Pictish Warriors II

Blog has been quiet due to a number of factors, ill health being the most recent one. Currently in hospital and thought I’d try to access the blog on my phone. To my surprise it actually worked without any password drama.
The  pictures are more of the lovely Footsore Miniatures Pict range. I have finished a 28mm Spartan Army and made a start on a 28mm New Kingdom Egyptian army. Unfortunately, I only have enough pictures for one more post while I’m in hospital.

Early Saxon Infantry 3

January has been a very busy time, depleted B12 levels have also conspired to limit me to the core task of my day job. As a consequence, I haven't got much hobby related stuff done. I've just come hot foot from the painting desk to type this entry, where I have managed that promised hour of precious painting time. I'm still working on the Jacobites, and I am nearing completion. This has my thoughts starting to turn towards my next project. It will be either a 28mm Norman army or 28mm Spartan Army. Figures are already purchased, just need to make a decision on which to tackle first.

The figures that accompany the blog title are more 28mm Footsore Early Saxon Infantry. I really must have enough painted for a game, so need to set them all up and see if there are any gaps in the collection. If not then a game is on the cards....

Now, I'm going to settle down for the evening with a nice cold glass of Guiness Zero to watch a film.
